Calcium is essential for building & maintaining healthy bones throughout your life. It forms with other minerals to create crystals which give strength & structure to your bones!
If your body doesnโ€™t get enough calcium from your diet, it will start leaching the calcium out of your bones causing them to become brittle ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป
Calcium rich foods that you can include in your diet are diary based products like milk, cheese and yogurt, as well as nuts, sardines, tofu and dark leafy greens ๐Ÿฅฌ

Vitamin D โ˜€๏ธ
We need adequate amounts of Vitamin D as it helps us absorb calcium!
Our main source of Vitamin D is from the sun ๐ŸŒžhowever, there are some foods which can provide us with Vitamin D like cod, trout, mushrooms, milk & eggs ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
