Welcome to The Wellness Pattern!
My name is Menakshi and I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist.
I have a great love for food and a passion for always looking and feeling my best. We all define health differently. For me it’s about being in good shape, eating delicious, nutritious food but most of all being happy mentally and being comfortable in my own skin.
I have a desire to inspire others to be the best version of themself and to be able to help them achieve their goals to have that feeling that they associate with good health.
I started The Wellness Pattern, as there is a TONNE of conflicting nutritional information available, which sometimes can be confusing for people who are trying their best to make healthy choices. This is why I felt it was important to start this to share my knowledge about food and nutrition with you based on current evidenced based guidelines. Furthermore, I am keen to share my food creations, which are tasty, nutritious and most importantly easy to prepare.
I’ll be honest and say, I don’t have all the answers! We are always learning and research is always changing, but I endeavour to deliver content that is current, backed by credible research and/or comes from what I have learnt in practice.
I am fortunate to be surrounded by great people who are also in the health field so occasionally we will see them feature on The Wellness Pattern too – cause hey, its not all just about food!
I value any feedback and am always seeking to improve to be able to provide the best service for my clients.
