DIY Poke Bowl

Looking for some meal inspiration? Look no further!

Poke Bowls are such an easy, quick & healthy option for lunch or dinner 🍽

They’re also a great way to use up whatever you have in your fridge & pantry.

How to assemble your poke bowl?

1. Pick a carbohydrate - think rice, vermicelli noodles or sweet potato! 🍠 

2. Next, pick your protein - grilled chicken, egg, tofu, beans or fish 🐟 

3. Add some healthy fats - top with some toasted nuts, seeds, avocado or olive oil.

4. Load up with the good stuff! Add as much veggies and salad as you want 🤪 Add some roasted pumpkin, broccoli, edamame, carrots, spinach or whatever you’re craving!

5. Finally, drizzle some extra flavour 👅 top with soy sauce, sweet chilli, feta cheese or some lemon or lime juice. 🍋

We’ve chosen rice, some marinated tofu then loaded up with some sprouts, raddish, cucumber & avocado 🥑  Plus topped it all off with some sesame seeds, shallots and lime juice 🤤
