Our Approach:

Our consultations will allow us to assess your needs and provide you with a personalised and, most importantly, realistic plan to achieve your goals. We will guide and support you in making sound decisions to improve your health and best suit your lifestyle.

Online Convenience:

Online consultations enable you to receive the same high-quality consultations and dietary advice, support, and accountability to achieve your health or nutrition goals, all from the comfort of your own home, office, or in an environment that is comfortable for you. Whether it's your living room, office, or a cozy nook, you choose the setting that suits you best.

Seamless Process:

Our online consultations run in exactly the same way as a face-to-face consultation. All relevant information will be emailed to you after the consultation. Consultations can be via phone call or video, whichever is preferred by you. This flexibility means you can take the consultation at any convenient location for you.

The Consultation Process:

Initial Consultation:

  • Health Assessment: In your health assessment, we will review your medical history, address your biochemistry,  medications.

  • Diet and Lifestyle: An assessment will be taken of your overall health and any medical conditions you may be living with.

  • Personalised Treatment Plan: Based on our assessment we will work with you to develop a plan tailored  to your requirements. This will include a comprehensive pack of resources to help you achieve your goals.

Review Consultation:

  • Review of Progress: We will monitor your progress as per your goals set from the last consultation. This will be assessed with a range of measures.

  • Tailor Your Plan (if needed): We will discuss the current plan, identify any barriers, assist with solutions and make any relevant modifications.

  • Set Goals for Next Visit: We will then set short-term goals for your next review. Ongoing support will be available via email between consultations.

Consultation Fees:

Individual or Couple - Fertility Nutrition

  • Individual Initial Consultation: $160 - 60 Minutes

  • Individual Review Consultation: $120 - 45 Minutes

  • Couples Initial Consultation: $240 - 60 Minutes

  • Couples Review Consultation: $200 - 45. Minutes

  • Bundle Consultations: Individual Initial and 4 Review Sessions for $560 / Couple Initial and 4 Review Sessions $960

Prenatal Supplementation

  • Initial Consultation: $120

Insurance and Rebates:

Medicare rebates may be available through eligible Enhanced Primary Care Plan ($60.34).
Additionally, private health insurance rebates may apply depending on your coverage level.
